Project Description/توضیحات پروژه
خانه گودال باغچه
در اين پروژه، استفاده از الگوي «حياط مرکزی» در راستاي پاسخ به مسأله تامين آسايش اقليمي و نيز حفظ محرميت خانه بمنظور حداقل ديد از بيرون به داخل، با توجه به خواسته کارفرما مطرح شد. در معماري مرسوم معاصر، ارتباط ضعيف فضاي زيرزمين با فضاي باز، سبب شده که عموم زيرزمينها از نور و تهويه مطلوبي برخوردار نباشند. در خلال اين کار دريافتيم که با استفاده از الگوي «گودال باغچه»، علاوه بر حل مسائل اقليمي، تعامل فضاهاي دروني خانه با فضاي گودال باغچه ميتوانست امکان بهرهمندي بيشتر از فضاي باز را نيز فراهم کند. به همين خاطر بود که گودال باغچه در قلب خانه جاي گرفت و امکان ارتباط حرکتي و بصري بين طبقات خانه را فراهم کرد
شيوه همنشيني فضاهاي خانههاي قديمي يزد به گونهاي است که امکان بهرهمندي از ديد و منظر مطلوب درون حياطها براي ساکنين فراهم است. بواسطه جداره صلب بيروني، از نفوذ بصري ديگران به داخل حريم خانه جلوگيري ميشود. به بيان ديگر، در عين حفظ محرميت، امکان ديد حداکثري ساکنين به حياط فراهم ميشده است. توجه به خط آسمان و همسويي با خانههاي مجاور از ديگر ويژگيهاي خانههاي قديمي يزد است. از اين رو تلاش شد تا فرم خانه به گونهاي شکل بگيرد که حجم خانه از خانههاي مجاور پيشي نگيرد. بنا شد تا در جهت عدم آشفتگي خط آسمان، خرپشته حذف شود و تراز ارتفاعي طبقات نيز با تراز ارتفاعي همسايگان هماهنگ باشد. مهم بود که ضمن توجه به الگوي پر و خالي همسايهها روحية نوگرايي ساختمان نيز حفظ شود
