Project Description/توضیحات پروژه
ساختمان اداری ویرا
پروژه معماری ساختمان اداری ویرا در خیابان یوسف آباد تهران قرار گرفته است. با مساحت کلی ۱۰۰۰۰ متر مربع این پروژه شامل: ۸ طبقه فوقانی با کاربری اداری، طبقه همکف و زیر زمین که دارای ۳ واحد تجاری مجزا و ۶ طبقه پارکینگ در زیر زمین می باشد. این پروژه در مقیاس شهری از اهمیت ویژه ای برخوردار است. طراحی این ساختمان اداری بر مبنای پرسش سوال از جانب کارفرما آغاز شد
چگونه می توان رویکردی برای طراحی نمای ساختمان، بدون در نظر گرفتن تعداد طبقاتی که می توانند بین ۵ تا ۱۰ طبقه وجود داشته باشند، انتخاب کرد
افزون بر این نمای پروژه می بایست توسط کمیسیون نمای شهری تصویب می شد. از این رو جهت دست یابی به این هدف طراحان تصمیم گرفتند تا یک طراحی مدولار از ترکیب بلوک شهری و فضای سبز ایجاد کنند و متعاقبا آن را در جهات افقی و عمودی گسترش دهند تا بتواند منجر به دستیابی به ترکیبی شود که می توان از آن در ساختارهای مختلف با در نظر گرفتن خواسته های مشتری استفاده کرد
به علاوه در همسایگی این پروژه، ساختمان هایی با مقیاس های مختلف و عموما صلب قرار گرفته اند. بنابراین چالش دوم طراحان از یک طرف یافتن راه حلی برای ایجاد یک نمای صلب متناسب با چشم انداز شهری بوده و از طرف دیگر افزایش شفافیت پوسته خارجی به منظور بهره مندی در فضای داخلی بود
جهت دستیابی به این هدف، پوسته دوم نما از لوورهای آلومینیومی عمودی پیش ساخته طراحی شد که به کرتن وال پشت آن چسبیده تا در مصرف انرژی صرفه جویی کرده و به علاوه نیازهای فضای داخلی را پاسخگو باشد. افزون بر این ترکیب لوور با بالکن ها و فضای سبز و همچنین نمایش نور و سایه در کف فضای اداری، تجربه ای بصری دلپذیری را برای کاربران فراهم می آورد
